Hi! We are Fuaad and Nik, two individuals with a passion in people. We love sharing our work experiences that makes people happy with what we can offer. We both come from different worlds: Fuaad served in the military while Nik was in the business world. To Fuaad, war is serious business while to Nik, business is war! We both believe that if we combine our experiences together, we can make a world of difference. We see the business world today being so Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and full of Ambiguity. What happens today is no indication of what’s going to happen tomorrow.

From our lenses, there are so many similarities between these two worlds.…..defining the purpose, describing the necessary tasks, designing the organization, building the team, and achieving open and precise communications. The risks too are very similar. Sadly, soldiers may die in combat and their units may suffer losses; nothing in life is more tragic or permanent. Similarly, a business may fail and drag its employees down with it. Certainly, this does not place anyone at physical risk, but a negative outcome in business is personally damaging and the effects lasting. That’s why we chose to combine our military and business experience together to help people face this new world challenge with clear Vision, Understanding, Clarity, and Agility! The things the military is good at.
