Design Thinking Program

Program Overview

Ideally, you should be focusing on PEOPLE. Why? Because PEOPLE buy from PEOPLE. You focus on their problems, needs or wants and then you begin thinking about the things you can create to help them solve those problems.

Through Design Thinking, here’s what we’ll do:

  • Discovery and Idea Generation: Identify who your target customers are, develop their personas to understand the problems you are trying to solve, build prototypes to validate them and dont stop until your idea works to solve a real problem- iterate
  • Build a business case: You’ll need money and people to help develop that killer product. You need to convince management to allow you to proceed. We’ll help you develop that business plan to convince your boss
  • Development, testing and validation: Design clear, collaborative and new process workflow together with your key stakeholders and resources. Likely, you may need to change the way your organization work to allow this new product to sell!
  • Launch, Sales and Post Sales go-to-market management: Sales and pre-sales enablement & readiness, develop the optimum go-to-market strategy and finally, persevere or pivot to meet any unmet needs post GTM.

Building a product is a lot like a combat mission. A team of skilled people operate in conditions of high uncertainty; a commander sets clear outcomes with some guiding principles; but we expect the unexpected; and, we’re trained to take best action, responding to new information as the situation unfolds. This is how product teams can align to purpose, explore uncertainty, and learn their way to achieving desired outcomes.
